WEST PLUMSTEAD AVE.

The victim stated that cash was taken from her residence, possibly by two appliance delivery men. Detectives will follow up.


03/26/2019 08:32- BURGLARY
ARDMORE AVE.

Police were dispatched to the area of W. Albemarle Ave., for a report of criminal mischief that had just occurred. The actor was reported to have thrown an object at the kitchen window of a residence located near W. Albemarle Ave. Upon checking this residence, the rear kitchen window and two side basement windows on the residence were broken. The side door on the residence appeared to have been forced open and it was discovered that a burglary had occurred at the residence.

SOUTH LANSDOWNE AVE.

While on a domestic dispute, the mother began searching her son’s book bag. She located a clear plastic vial with a blue cap suspected to contain a small amount of marijuana. She then turned the suspected marijuana over to the police. The son was advised that he would receive a citation for disorderly conduct.

BLACKBURN AVE.

While on routine patrol, an officer was flagged down at Union Ave / Essex Ave by the victim, who wanted to report a theft of a football helmet that had just occurred.


03/28/2019 07:28-RETAIL THEFT
NORTH LANSDOWNE AVE.

Police were dispatched toN. Lansdowne Ave., for a report of a theft that had just occurred and that the shoplifter was in custody. Upon arrival of officers, the suspect was not in custody and he had left the store. The actor reportedly was last seen walking north bound on N. Lansdowne Ave.

WALSH RD.

Police received a report of theft. The complainant stated that her 13 year old son is in possession of a deactivated stolen cell phone. The cell phone was recovered. Investigation to continue.


03/29/2019 20:44- DUI
MARSHALL & WINDERMERE Ave.

While on routine patrol, the officer observed a vehicle commit several traffic violations. A traffic stop was conducted at W Marshall Rd / Windermere Ave. Following an investigation, one female was taken into custody for suspicion of driving under the influence and related offenses.


03/30/2019 17:59-BURGLARY ATTEMPT
NORTH LANSDOWNE AVE.

Lansdowne Police responded to an attempted burglary discovered on N. Lansdowne Ave. Officers made contact with the victim who reported that his wife had heard their window alarms activate. Upon returning home, he checked the exterior of the two kitchen windows. He discovered both of the kitchen window screens, located on the south side of the residence, had been raised and one set of distinct hand prints were observed on both windows. Investigation to continue.

EAST WINDERMERE TERR.

Police were dispatched to East Windermere Terrace for a report of theft discovered from a vehicle. Upon arrival, officers met with the victim who reported items missing from his vehicle.

GLADSTONE RD.

Police were dispatched to Gladstone Rd. for a report of a theft from a vehicle discovered. Upon arrival, officers spoke with the complainant who reported items were stolen from her vehicle.


03/31/2019 09:27- ATTEMPTED THEFT FROM VEHICLE
EAST WINDERMERE TERR.

Police were dispatched to East Windermere Terrace for a report of criminal mischief to a vehicle discovered. Upon arrival, officer met with the victim who reported her vehicle being rifled through. Nothing was missing.

WALSH RD.

The victim came to the Lansdowne Police Station to report that items had been stolen from her vehicle overnight.


03/31/2019 13:48- THEFT FROM VEHICLE
ARDMORE AVE.

Police dispatched to Ardmore Ave for a theft from motor vehicle discovered. The glove compartment and center console had been rummaged through.
