Police activity week of 12-14-15 through 12-20-15
12-14-15 10:45 hours – Sgt. J. Eisenhart – Burglary-forced entry-residence-day
100 block W. Albemarle Ave. – Responded to a report of a possible burglary in progress. A neighbor reported a ladder to the rear of the house and an open second floor window. The neighbor also observed two black males enter a gray Hyundai SUV leave the scene. This investigation was referred to the detective division.
12-14-15 22:00 hours – Ptl. l. Albertoli – Theft- under $50 – retail theft
Unit block E. Baltimore Ave. – One offender arrested and processed for retail theft.
12-16-15 16:47 hours – Ptl. D. Schiazza – Criminal mischief
200 block Owen Ave. – Upon arrival it was discovered that there had been criminal mischief that occurred to two vehicles.
12-16-15 17:56 hours – Ptl. D. Schiazza – Burglary-attempt-residence-day
Unit block E. Albemarle Ave. – Discovered that it was a burglary attempt in which the screen on the storm door had been cut and a window pane had been broken. Appears no entry had been made to the residence.
12-17-15 00:21 hours – Ptl. J. McGowan – Theft- $SO to $200 from auto
Unit block Rose Ln. – The victim reported observing a white male inside of his vehicle. The victim shouted at the male inside of this vehicle, subject fled on foot. Loose change was discovered missing from the vehicle.
12-17-1S 12:33 hours – Ptl. D. Schiazza – DUI
N. Wycombe & Powelton Aves. – Received a report of a hit and run accident. The striking vehicle was located and the offender arrested.
12-17-1508:20 hours – Ptl. D. Schiazza – Fraud-credit cards, ATM
Unit block E. Essex Ave. – The victim discovered that she had lost her wallet in Haverford Township. Several hours after she discovered that, there had been fraudulent activity on one of her credit cards.
12-17-15 20:20 hours – Ptl. C. Parker – Theft- under $50 – auto parts
200 block Wayne Ave. – The victim reports the theft of his registration plate.
12-18-15 04:42 hours – Ptl. J. McGowan – Theft- $50 to $200 from auto
200 block Green Ave. – Reported theft from vehicles. Loose change was missing from one vehicle and a wallet missing from the second vehicle. Both vehicles were unlocked at the time of the thefts.
12-18-15 10:30 hours – Ptl. C. Craig – Theft- $200 & over from auto
100 E. Essex Ave. – The victim reports his unlocked vehicle was entered. Tripod and Gimbal mount were missing. Total loss approximately $900.00.
12-18-15 11:01 hours – Ptl. M. McGinnis – Disorderly conduct
100 Green Ave. PWHS – Two offenders cited for fighting in the school.
12-19-15 01:33 hours – Ptl. K. McDermott – Disorderly conduct
200 block N. Maple Ave. – One offender will be cited as a result of a mother /son domestic.
12-19-15 03:15 hours – Sgt. C. Schiazza – Robbery-armed-residence
100 block Woodland Ave. – The victim reports being attacked with a baseball bat. She believes the actor was a person from her work.
12-19-15 21:25 hours – Sgt. C. Schiazza – Theft- $200 & over
100 block Green Ave. PWHS – The victim reports her iphone 6 was missing from the bleachers at the high school. The victim is not a student at the school.
