Police activity week of 12-05-11 through 12-11-11

12-05-11 18:20 hours – Ptl. K. McDermott – Criminal mischief
100 block W. Albemarle Ave. – the victim stated that his rear window was broken out at approximately 1800 hours. This officer observed a broken rear window and a rock located on the ground underneath the window.


12-05-11 21:45 hours – Sgt. J. McCaughan – Burglary-forced entry-residence- unknown time
200 block W. Greenwood Ave. – The victim stated she stopped by the property to pick up something and when she entered the residence it appeared ransacked. The house is in foreclosure; no one is currently living in the residence and hasn’t been for months. The victim states at this time she is not sure exactly what is missing.


12-08-11 20:58 hours – Ptl. C. Craig – Criminal mischief
200 block w. Plumstead Ave. -The victim states two inflated Christmas lawn decorations were slashed while on her front lawn.


12-08-11 10:41 hours – Sgt. J. Eisenhart – All other vandalism
200 block Berkley Ave. – The victim reports that three of her decorative candy canes located on her front yard were broken.


12-09-11 22:41 hours – Sgt. J. McCaughan – Public Drunkenness
Unit block Sayers Ave. – Police were dispatched for a domestic problem. The offender was on scene, intoxicated and causing a disturbance. Offender was arrested for public drunkenness.


12-10-11 10:08 hours – Ptl. K. McDermott – Criminal mischief to auto
100 block e. Plumstead Ave. – On arrival the victim stated the mother of his son had just slashed all four tires of his vehicle. The victim states the offender is upset with him over custody issues.


12-11-11 00:20 hours – Ptl. T. Selimis – Narcotics-possession
Unit block Scottdale & Baltimore – This officer observed two males walking in the middle of the unit block of Scottdale Road. One offender was found to have drugs in his possession and taken into custody to be charged appropriately, the second offender was charged with public drunkenness and active warrants.


12-11-11 11:37 hours – Ptl. K. McDermott – Criminal mischief to auto
Unit block Bartram Ave. – On arrival the victim stated that the front driver’s side window was broken out of his vehicle.
