12/04/2017 13:55- DISORDERLY CONDUCT
PENN WOOD HIGH SCHOOL

Police were dispatched to the high school for a report of a student who brought pepper spray to school. Referred to the Youth Aid Panel.


12/04/2017 20:54- RAPE
WALNUT & FAIRVIEW AVE.

Lansdowne Police were dispatched to meet Yeadon Police at Mercy Fitzgerald Hospital for an incident that occurred in Lansdowne. Victim reported a sexual Assault involving an acquaintance. Investigation to continue.


12/05/2017 07:42- ASSAULT
PENN WOOD HIGH SCHOOL

Police were dispatched to Penn Wood High School for a disorderly subject in the office. Upon arrival, a brief struggle occurred. The juvenile offender was taken into custody and committed to the Delaware County Juvenile Detention Center.


12/07/2017 09:01- ASSAULT
PENN WOOD HIGH SCHOOL

Responded to PWHS for the unwanted subjects. The call was determined to be an assault involving students. One adult student and one juvenile student were placed in custody for simple assault and related charges.

UNIT BLK. SOUTH MAPLE AVE.

The victim reports that her vehicle was entered and rummaged through while it was parked out front of her residence. Victim states said that nothing appeared missing at this time.

PENN WOOD HIGH SCHOOL

The victim is a Penn Wood High School teacher. She reported that her Apple iPhone 7 was stolen off of her desk sometime between 5th and 6th period while she was teaching class.


12/07/2017 23:24- DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE
EAST BALTIMORE AVE.

While on routine patrol, an officer observed a Honda Civic bearing DE registration that was stopped on E. Baltimore Ave at N. Highland Ave with the driver of the vehicle slumped over at the wheel. Due to subsequent investigation, the driver was taken into custody for driving under the influence of alcohol/ controlled substance and narcotics charges.

PENN WOOD HIGH SCHOOL

Police responded for the report of a disorderly subject on a school bus out front of PWHS. Upon arrival, school staff informed police that the PWHS student had exited the bus after the student threatened to inflict bodily harm to the bus driver. The student was charged appropriately.

UNIT BLK. WINDERMERE AVE.

Lansdowne Police were dispatched to Windermere Ave for a theft discovered. Upon arrival, officers made contact with the victim who advised that a delivered package was missing from outside the residence.
