Police activity week of 10-31-16 through 11-06-16

10-31-16 09:36 hours- Ptl. K. McDermott- Criminal mischief to auto
Midway Ave.- The victim reported the rear passenger side window was broken on her vehicle. Nothing was taken from the vehicle.


10-31-16 10:30 hours- Ptl. L. Albertoli- Liquor law- underage
100 block Green Ave. PWHS-A teacher suspected that two students were consuming alcohol during class. The female student did admit to drinking from a bottle another student handed her. The male student did pass the bottle with alcohol in the drink to the female.


10-31-16 11:29 hours- Ptl. L. Albertoli – Harassment
Unit block N. Lansdowne Ave.- One male cited as a result of domestic altercation. The offender did become very agitated and twice attempted to kick out the window in the police car.


10-31-16 17:35 hours- Ptl. L. Albertoli- Criminal mischief to auto
200 block N. Maple Ave.- The victim reports that his vehicle and his son’s vehicle had tires slashed.


10-31-16 20:16 hours- Ptl. McGinnis- Theft- under $50
100 block E. Plumstead Ave.- The store owner reported that one white male and five black males entered the store, grabbed 20 oz sodas and snacks off the shelf. All males fled the store. Area was checked with negative results.


11-01-16 16:53 hours- Ptl. K. McDermott- Fraud- credit cards
200 block N. Maple Ave.- The victim reports that she was alerted by several credit bureaus that someone attempted to open a credit card under her name at both Home Depot and Best Buy. Neither attempt was successful


11-01-16 18:42 hours- Sgt. C. Schiazza- Theft- $50 to $200
100 block W. Greenwood Ave.- The victim reports a blue Delta Miter saw was stolen from his garage.


11-03-16 14:10 hours- Ptl. C. Parker- Assaults-simple
Unit block E. Stratford Ave.- The juvenile victim was located on the street running from home after an altercation. The victim was transported to LPD and an ambulance was dispatched to LPD to evaluate the victim. This investigation will continue.


11-03-16 19:56 hours- Ptl. D. Schiazza- Disorderly conduct
Bartram Ave.- One offender cited for possession of a small amount of marijuana.


11-04-16 19:56 hours- Ptl. M. McGinnis- Burglary-forced entry-residence-day
Unit block W. Essex Ave.- The victim reported a burglary at the residence. The French door from the dining room to the rear patio had been kicked open. Items were missing from the master bedroom.


11-05-16 02:15 hours- Ptl. C. Craig- Warrants
Unit block E. Baltimore Ave. As a result of an occupied suspicious vehicle call, one offender was taken into custody for an active warrant.


11-06-16 03:33 hours- Sgt. J. McCaughan- Assaults-simple
200 block Jackson Ave.- One offender taken into custody as a result of a physical domestic.
