Police activity week of 10-20-14 through 10-26-14
10-20-14 13:03 hours – Ptl. K. McDermott – Theft- under $50.00 – retail theft
100 block E. Baltimore Ave. – Responded to report of a theft from CVS. The unknown actor took an unknown amount of deodorant and tooth brushes. A DVD recording of the theft was forwarded to the Detective Division. 10-20-14 18:57 hours – Ptl. J. McGowan – Theft- under $50 – retail theft 100 block E. Baltimore Ave. – Police were dispatched to CVS for a theft. Further information was that it was the same actor from earlier. The actor again left with an unknown amount of merchandise.
10-20-14 14:12 hours – Ptl. J. McGowan – Burglary-forced entry-residence unknown time.
Unit block S. Union Ave. – Dispatched for a burglary discovered. Police met with the victim, it was a founded burglary with forced entry to the back door.
10-20-14 15:53 hours – Ptl. M. McGinnis – Theft- $50 to $200-retail theft
100 block E. Baltimore Ave. – Police responded to CVS for a retail theft that had occurred approximately 5 minutes prior. The known actor took an unknown amount of cold remedies, soap and lotions.
10-21-14 15:49 hours – Ptl. M. McGinnis – Theft- $50 to $200
100 block Green Ave. – PWHS – The victim reported the theft of a cell phone from inside PWHS. The phone was taken from a book bag which was inside of an unlocked locker.
10-21-1416:52 hours – Ptl. J. McGowan – Burglary-no force-residence-unknown time
Unit block W. LaCrosse Ave. – Upon police arrival, it was found to be a property going though the foreclosure process. Copper piping was stolen.
10-23-14 13:05 hours – Sgt. B. Eidell- Burglary-forced-residence-unknown time
Unit block Windermere Ave. – The reporting party stopped at LPD station to report a burglary at his mother’s apartment. From what he can discern there is nothing missing. Entry was made by forcing the apartment door.
10-24-1421:57 hours – Sgt. J. Eisenhart – Disorderly conduct
200 block N. Lansdowne Ave. – Offender was cited due to excessive noise from a party.
