The complainant reported that she is being harassed over social media by an ex boyfriend which included revenge porn being posted. Under investigation.


10/15/2018 21:33- ATTEMPTED RETAIL THEFT
NORTH LANSDOWNE AVE.

Police responded to a business for the attempted theft that just occurred. The reporting party said that a black female attempted to take several bags of chips/pretzels and two pints of iced tea from the store. Police checked the area with negative results.


10/16/2018 02:08- DISORDERLY CONDUCT
OWEN AVE.

Police responded to Owen Ave. for the intoxicated subject. Upon arrival the offender was observed to be publicly intoxicated and creating a disturbance. The offender will be cited appropriately.


10/16/2018 04:35 -THEFT FROM AUTO
BRYN MAWR AVE.

Police were dispatched to the area of Shadeland Ave. and Bryn Mawr Ave., for a report of a suspicious black male pulling car door handles. The complainant reports he observed a light skinned black male pulling car door handles in the Lindenwood Apartments parking lots and observed him pull the car door handles of a green Volkswagen J etta. Police located the male and he was taken into custody. This male was arrested by LPD last month for theft from vehicles and receiving stolen property.

PENN WOOD HIGH SCHOOL

Police were dispatched to the Principal’s Office at Penn Wood High School for a student in custody with drugs. The students will be charges with disorderly conduct.


10/17/2018 09:48- CRIMINAL MISCHIEF
WABASH AVE.

Police were contacted by the victim in regards to a broken window in the rear of her residence. She advised that on 10/16/18 at around 1700 hours she discovered a second floor window in the rear of her house broken. She also advised that she had the same problem around the end of August and had the window replaced. There has been an issue with juveniles hanging in the rear alley.

Adult female cited for possessing marijuana.


10/20/2018 14:07- ATTEMPTED BURGLARY
OWEN AVE.

The victim responded to Lansdowne Police Department in reference to a burglary that occurred on Owen Ave. Investigation to be continued.


10/21/2018 03:45- THEFT ATTEMPT FROM VEHICLE
WINDSOR AVE.

Dispatched for a theft attempt -just occurred. Once out, officer met victim in front of her house by her vehicle. She explained that she was awakened by her car alarm. On looking outside to investigate, she saw a B/M inside her vehicle. The male exited the vehicle and ran east on Windsor toward N Maple. There did not appear to be anything missing from the car.
