Call was for a domestic. Upon further investigation, subjects involved were under the influence. Male subject became unruly and was arrested.


09/25/2017 08:30- DISORDERLY CONDUCT
WEST BALTIMORE AVE

Officer was attempting to tow a disabled vehicle that was blocking/ preventing eastbound traffic, when the female owner of the vehicle became upset and blocked the tow vehicle by throwing her body into the tow truck. Citation issued.

Police were dispatched to Eldon Ave for a theft discovered. It was discovered to be a cell phone taken from the victim.


09/27/2017 13:12- THEFT
PENN WOOD HIGH SCHOOL

Police were dispatched to Penn wood High School for the theft. Upon arrival, officers spoke to school officials about a theft of a cell phone that occurred in the gymnasium. The offender was no longer on school property. Investigation to continue.

Police responded to N. Highland Ave for a report of a burglary attempt just occurred. The victim’s reported that a male climbed onto their second story deck and attempted to gain access to their apartment through the window. Offender was also intoxicated.

The victim’s black 4dr Hyundai Elantra was stolen from outside of a business on Union Ave. The victim left the vehicle unoccupied, unlocked and running outside of the business. The vehicle was entered into NCIC as stolen

Police responded to a residence for the report of an odor of marijuana believed to be coming from the next door neighbor. Police were able to detect an odor of marijuana in the third floor bedroom of the residence. Citations issued.

Police dispatched to Penn Wood High School for a report of a juvenile female in the principal’s office destroying the office after a fight. Citations issued.

Police dispatched to respond to a physical fight at Penn Wood High School involving six juvenile females. Citations issued.

Police dispatched to Penn Wood High School for a report of a fight not in progress between two juvenile students. After further investigation, the students will be issued citations.

Lansdowne Police were dispatched for the theft of lawn equipment discovered.

Lansdowne Police were dispatched to the area of W. Greenwood Ave, for the indecent act that just occurred. Possible charges pending further investigation.


09/29/2017 14:40-ASSAULT
PENN WOOD HIGH SCHOOL

Officers responded to the Penn Wood High School for a report of a fight. It was learned that a fight had occurred between two girls that do not attend the Penn Wood High School. The fight occurred at a bus stop at the intersection of Green Avenue and Essex Avenue and was between two 14 year old students.

Police were dispatched toN. Highland Ave for a neighbor dispute in progress. Upon arrival, police could hear two subjects shouting profanities at each other while others were walking past. The two will be cited appropriately.

Lansdowne Police were dispatched to E. Baltimore Ave at the Rite Aid store for a retail theft that just occurred.
