07-23-12 14:40 hours – Ptl. S. Nick – Disorderly conduct
W. Marshall Rd & Owen Ave. – Offender cited for possession of marijuana while conducting a traffic stop.
07-23-12 16:26 hours – Sgt. B. Eidell – Theft- $200 & over from buildings
200 block N. Wycombe Ave. – Victim reports items of jewelry missing from her bedroom closet. No forced entry into the apartment. This is believed to be a theft not a burglary.
07-23-12 17:35 hours – Sgt. B. Eidell –Theft- $50 to $200 from buildings
100 block W. Greenwood Ave. – The victim reported the theft of a package that was delivered to her residence. The victim needs a police report in order for the company to send out a replacement order. Value estimated at $100.00.
07-23-12 18:41 hours – Sgt. B. Eidell – Criminal mischief
100 block E. Plumstead Ave. -The victim reports damage to an outdoor light fixture. Value of damage approximately $150.00.
07-24-12 21:00 hours – Ptl. J. McGowan – Public drunkenness
N. Union & Baltimore Aves. – Police dispatched for report of an indecent act in progress. Located the offender who reports two men having sex at N. Union & E. Baltimore. No suspicious persons in area, no men having sex. The offender was taken into custody for public drunkenness.
07-25-12 02:22 hours – Ptl. D. Schiazza – Theft- under $50-retail theft
Unit block N. Lansdowne Ave. – Shift manager reports an actor walked out of the store with a sandwich and a drink that he did not pay for. Value of sandwich $4.69. Actor left area in a silver Honda sedan.
07-26-12 15:30 hours – Ptl. L. Albertoli – Harassment, disorderly conduct
Unit block S. Wycombe Ave. – Responded to a report of a domestic in progress. On arrival advised the victim to obtain a PFA order, as she stated she was in fear of the offender. The offender was advised to leave the area and not return. No physical altercation. Received second call for this address. The offender was cited for harassment and disorderly conduct. It should be noted the victim did request the offender return to her location.
07-26-12 18:50 hours – Ptl. L. Albertoli – Theft- $50 to $100 from buildings
Unit block W. Greenwood Ave. – Victim reports a theft of Oxycodone tablets from her purse overnight. The victim spent the night with her current boyfriend and in the morning he was gone and her pills were missing. She stated the boyfriend denies taking the pills. The victim states she will participate with prosecution but that she also needs the report to replace the pills.
07-27-12 03:00 hours – Sgt. J. McCaughan – Narcotics-possession-marijuana, trespassing
100 block N. Lansdowne Ave. – This officer was conducting a property check, specifically the laundry room area due to a complaint from property maintenance. The complaint was that vandals broke the lock off of the door and there was possibly illegal activity going on in the late evening and early morning hours. Located in the laundry room a man sleeping (offender), he was asked why he was there and gave a story of getting out of the rain. The offender was advised to take anything out of his pockets for a pat down search. He was in possession of suspected marijuana. The offender was taken into custody and will be charged appropriately.
07-28-12 20:41 hours – Ptl. C. Craig –Theft- $200 & over all other
100 block Green Ave. – The victim states that she was at PWHS last night/early morning sitting in her friend’s car. After leaving the friends car she went home and this morning realized her phone was missing. She called her friend who denied having the phone. Advised the victim to contact her phone service and have phone shut off to prevent anyone from using it.
