05/05/2019 21:45 – LOITERING AND PROWLING AT NIGHT
Police were dispatched to Owen Ave., for a report of someone in the victim’s rear garage. The victim reported that she observed that the light on the second floor of her garage was on. She also reported she observed what appeared to be a male enter the side door of the garage and climb up the steps of the garage to the second floor of it. Unable to locate anyone at this time.
05/04/2019 13:12 – RETAIL THEFT
WEST BALTIMORE AVE.
Police responded to W. Baltimore Avenue for a report of a possible retail theft that had just occurred with a ten minute time delay. On location, the reporting party reports that a male entered the store carrying nothing and walked up and down the aisle and then left the store carrying bags of what she believes to be unknown merchandise. The male got into a Silver Jeep SUV with possible Virginia registration plates and was last seen heading out the rear exit of the parking lot towards S. Lansdowne Avenue.
05/08/2019 07:50 – NARCOTICS POSSESSION
PENN WOOD HIGH SCHOOL
On above date and time Lansdowne Police performed a planned K9 search of all lockers inside Penn Wood High School. School administrators put the school on lockdown and K9’s were deployed in search of narcotics. The search resulted in positive indications by K9 units on seven lockers. Due to the positive indications by K9, school administrators/security officers performed locker searches on the lockers. Three juveniles will be charged.

EAST ESSEX AVE.
Lansdowne Police Department was dispatched toE Essex Ave for the theft of a package. The victim states that an Amazon package was delivered today at approximately 1216 hours. When he arrived home at approximately 1330 hours there was no package on the porch.
05/11/2019 19:17 – DISORDERLY CONDUCT
BALTIMORE & WINDERMERE AVE.
While on patrol on Baltimore Avenue, officer observed a vehicle cross the double yellow line in the area of Windermere Avenue and began traveling at a high rate of speed (towards the police vehicle), westbound in the eastbound lane in an attempt to pass another vehicle. The vehicle overtook the westbound vehicle, returned to the westbound lane, and continued to travel west on Baltimore Avenue. Upon stopping the vehicle it was discovered the driver was in possession of a small amount of marijuana. Subject charged with disorderly conduct.

LANSDOWNE AND MARSHALL RD.
While executing a traffic stop on N. Lansdowne Ave and Marshall Rd, the male driver was taken into custody for narcotics possession.
05/11/2019 18:41 – DISORDERLY CONDUCT
SOUTH LANSDOWNE AVE.
While on a domestic situation incident, a marijuana cigar and grinder containing marijuana residue were observed in plain view. Subject mailed citation for disorderly conduct.
05/12/2019 22:00 – CONTEMPT OF COURT
Police were dispatched to Ardmore Ave. for a report of a domestic disturbance that was reported to be involving a subject with a knife. Upon arrival, the victim reported that his son had attempted to run out of the residence with two steak knives. Police learned that the defendant has an active Temporary PFA Order against him that evicted him and excludes him from being at the Ardmore Ave address. The defendant was arrested for violating the Temporary PFA order.
