Police activity week of 04-25-16 through 05-01-2016

04-25-16 15:11 hours- Ptl. D. Schiazza- Criminal mischief
Unit block Nyack Ave.- The victim reports criminal mischief to his vehicle. This officer observed various dents and scratches all over the vehicle.


04-26-2016 18:58 hours- Sgt. B. Eidell – Burglary-forced-residence-day
Unit block N. Lansdowne Ave.- Victim reports a burglary to her apartment. Forced entry was made through the front door. Various items of value were stolen.


04-26-16 21:03 hours- Ptl. J. McGowan- Public drunkenness
Unit block N. Lansdowne Ave.- Received a report that the offender was attempting suicide and was carrying a noose. The offender was under the influence of alcohol and a controlled substance. He was taken into custody. The offender was transported to the Crisis unit.


04-26-16 20:14 hours- Ptl. J. McGowan- Theft- $50 to $200 from auto
100 block E. Baltimore Ave.- While at the CVS the victim’s vehicle window was broken and a bag was taken from the vehicle.


04-27-16 11:45 hours- Ptl. L. Albertoli- Theft- under $50 from auto
Unit block W. Windermere Ave.- The victim reports the registration plate had been removed from the vehicle.


04-27-16 18:29 hours- Ptl. L. Albertoli -Theft- under $50 from auto
200 block W. Marshall Rd.- The victim’s vehicle had been rifled through and missing is about $10.00 in change.


04-27-16 221:05 hours- Ptl. M. McGinnis- Theft- $200 & over from auto
200 block N. Maple Ave.- Rear window of victim’s car had been broken. Several items of value were missing from the vehicle.


04-29-16 05:50 hours- Ptl. C. Craig- Theft- under $50 from auto
200 block W. Marshall Rd.- The victim reports his two vehicle had been entered and items were missing from both vehicles.


04-29-16 15:22 hours- Sgt. B. Eidell- Assaults
E. Greenwood & N. Wycombe Aves.- Two returned to LPD as a result of a fight on the school bus. One Victim and one offender. This investigation will continue.


05-01-16 09:05 hours- Ptl. M. Ammon – Criminal mischief to auto
100 block Windermere Ave.- Three vehicles were spray painted. It appears to be a straight line of paint down the line of vehicles.


05-01-16 18:22 hours- Ptl. D. Schiazza- Drug equipment violations
Unit block E. Baltimore Ave.- One arrested for retail theft and possession of drug paraphernalia.
