02/26/2018 09:30- BURGLARY
Victim stopped at police station to report a burglary that she discovered on Friday, 02/23/18 after she found a jewelry box and jewelry missing from a bedroom nightstand where she had last observed it approximately two months earlier. No forced entry. Investigation to continue.
02/26/2018 12:00- THEFT FROM MOTOR VEHICLE
EAST STRATFORD AVE.
Victim called police department to report a theft from her motor vehicle. Laptop and sunglasses reported missing.
02/26/2018 21:29- HARASSMENT
SOUTH MAPLE AVE.
Police were dispatched to S. Maple Ave for a domestic. The defendant was recently released from custody in Yeadon Borough for public intoxication. Upon arrival, officers made contact with the reporting party who advised that the subject was no longer home but had destroyed the kitchen. Subject was located, arrested and charged.
02/27/2018 21:18- THEFT
EAST BALTIMORE AVE
Police were dispatched to a business on E. Baltimore Ave. for a retail theft just occurred. One adult male was taken into custody.
03/01/2018 16:00- RAPE
The victim reported a rape that occurred on December 24, 2015 inside her residence. Actor is known to the victim. Investigation to continue.
03/04/2018 15:22- ASSAULT
EAST STEWART AVE.
Police were dispatched to the domestic assault in progress reported to be mother vs. daughter with a knife involved. Second call was that the mother threw the knife at the daughter. On arrival, police found the 14yr old juvenile daughter outside in the driveway in her bare feet wearing shorts and at-shirt in temperatures that were in the low 30s. After investigation, mother arrested and charged.
03/04/2018 22:32- THREATS
NORTH LANSDOWNE AVE.
Police responded to a theft, just occurred. On arrival, victim stated that she observed two men stealing. When she confronted the two men and told them they had to pay for the merchandise or put it back on the shelf, they began to threaten her. Police were unable to locate any of the subjects.
