Police activity week of 01-12-15 through 01-18-15
01-13-15 09:38 hours – Sgt. J. Eisenhart – Theft – $50 to $200 from auto
100 block E. Stewart Ave. – The victim reports someone entered her unlocked vehicle overnight. GPS was missing from the vehicle. Garage also entered and son’s bike was taken.
01-14-15 14:35 hours – Ptl. D. Schiazza – Theft – under $50
Unit block Nyack Ave. – The victim came to LPD headquarters to report that a “For Rent” sign that he posted on his lawn of his property had been stolen.
01-14-15 22:45 hours – Sgt. J. Eisenhart – Disorderly conduct
Unit block N. Lansdowne Ave. – The offender was taken into custody for public drunkenness and disorderly conduct. The offender refused to leave the area after several warnings from police. The offender was very uncooperative, yelling obscenities and was extremely disruptive.
01-15-15 09:30 hours – Sgt. B. Eidell – Theft – $50 to $200
Unit block Eldon Ave. – The victim reports that two makeup kits were taken from her bedroom approximately three weeks prior to this report being made. The victim is disabled and has a home aide at her home 24 hours a day. The home aide company will reimburse her with a police report.
01-15-15 11:45 hours – Ptl. T. Landau – Theft- $200 & over
Unit block S. Lansdowne Ave. – The victim reports his cell phone stolen from his business. The phone was stolen of the counter when stolen
01-15-15 14:23 hours – Ptl. T. landau – Theft under $50 from auto
Unit block E. Green Ave. – The victim reports her husband’s vehicle had been ransacked and change taken from the center console. The victim stated the vehicle was locked.
01-17-1509:58 hours – Ptl. C. Craig – Burglary-forced entry-residence
Unit block W. Baltimore Ave. – The reporting party states his sister’s vacant home had been burglarized. Copper piping had been ripped out in the basement. Entry was gained through a basement window.
