The victim stated a package had been stolen from his porch.


01/03/2017 10:55- 121 PTL MICHAEL AMMON BURGLARY
UNIT BLK OF W. BALTIMORE AVE.

Police were dispatched to unit block of W. Baltimore Ave. for a report of a burglary discovered in which the defendant was reported to be sleeping in the basement of this address. Upon arrival, the defendant was located in the basement of this address and placed under arrest.

The victim discovered the rear door had been kicked in and was unsure if anybody was inside the home. Police cleared the residence and did not discover anyone inside.

MISCHIEF TO AUTOMOBILE EAST LACROSSE AVE.

Vehicle parked in the driveway and had windshield broken out. No objects were visible either inside or around the vehicle that could have been responsible for the damage.

Report of a subject asleep behind the wheel of a car and blocking traffic. The driver of the vehicle was arrested for DUI.

Student arrested for small amount of marijuana.

The vehicle appeared to have been rifled through. The owner stated that there is nothing missing from the vehicle and there is no damage to the vehicle.

CONDUCT W MARSHALL RD

Officer observed an occupied running vehicle with its headlights on, parked on W. Marshall Rd. Marijuana was detected emanating from the vehicle. Subject arrested for disorderly conduct.

One person cited for harassment after a domestic between husband and wife.

The victim reported that seven black juvenile males approximately 16-17 years old had stolen his purse and its contents and assaulted the victim.
