PENN WOOD HIGH SCHOOL

Five (5) juvenile females were cited after a large fight in front of the high school.


01/28/2019 14:30- DISORDERLY CONDUCT
PENN WOOD HIGH SCHOOL

One male juvenile student was taken in to custody for Disorderly Conduct and Harassment.


01/28/2019 20:51- PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS
NORTH LANSDOWNE AVE.

Police responded to a report of a disoriented subject on N. Lansdowne Ave. The report stated that a man was highly intoxicated and an employee had to confiscate the man’s keys to keep him from driving away. On arrival, the man was located and arrested for public drunkenness.


01/29/2019 12:27- DISORDERLY CONDUCT
PENN WOOD HIGH SCHOOL

Police were dispatched to Penn Wood High School for two students smoking marijuana. Upon arrival, officers made contact with the vice principal, who advised that the two students were caught smoking marijuana in the bathroom. Both students appeared to be under the influence of marijuana. Both juvenile males will be cited.


01/31/2019 00:23- ASSAULT
NYACK AVE.

The Lansdowne Police responded to Nyack Avenue for a report of a domestic in progress, physical in nature involving father and son. On location, both defendants were found inside the residence and had been involved in a physical altercation. Both males were placed under arrest and transported to police headquarters.


02/02/2019 10:35- CONTEMPT OF COURT
EAST STEWART AVE.

Police were dispatched to E. Stewart Ave. for a report of a domestic disturbance described as a subject that was at the residence but was not supposed to be there. The offender was placed under arrest for violation a PFA order. The offender resisted arrest while he was being taken into custody.


02/03/2019 21:13- ASSAULT
SOUTH WYCOMBE AVE.

Police were dispatched to S. Wycombe Ave for an unknown nature of incident, where the caller could hear screaming coming from a first floor apartment. Upon arrival, police observed several injuries to the victim’s neck. The offender was taken into custody without incident.
