Police activity week of 04-06-15 through 04-12-15

04-06-15 07:25 hours – Ptl. c. Craig – Disorderly conduct
100 block Green Ave. PWHS – Responded to PWHS for call of a fight. The victim and offenders were separated at the scene. Offenders cited for disorderly conduct.


04-06-15 14:10 hours – Ptl. M. McGinnis – Vandalism
Willowbrook Ave. – Graffiti located in Marlyn park on the elevated sanitary sewer man hole.


04-06-15 13:45 hours – Sgt. J. Eisenhart – Theft- under $50
Unit block S. Maple Ave. – The victim reports unknown actor removed her PA registration plate from her vehicle.


04-06-15 18:49 hours – Sgt. J. Eisenhart – Counterfeiting
100 block E. Plumstead Ave. – The owner of the store reports a male attempted to pass a counterfeit $50.00 bill at his store. The store owner confronted the male. The male told the owner to keep the bill and left the store.


04-06-15 23:40 hours – Ptl. K. McDermott – Disorderly conduct
Unit block N. Lansdowne Ave. – This officer observed the offender urinate in the rear of the PNC bank parking lot. The offender was placed in custody and returned to LPD. The offender was issued a citation for disorderly conduct.


04-07-15 18:00 hours – Ptl. P. Young – Criminal mischief to auto
Unit block W. Baltimore Ave. – The victim reported he discovered scratches on his vehicle. This is the second time he has discovered this type of damage to his vehicle.


04-07-15 22:03 hours – Ptl. K. McDermott – Drug equipment violations
100 block Berkley Ave. – Police and ambulance responded to the report of an accidentals overdose of heroin. Medical personnel administered Narcan to the unconscious patient. The patient admitted to injecting heroin in the bathroom of her apartment. Five syringes were found in a small bag in the bathroom.


04-08-1500:26 hours – Sgt. C. Schiazza – Disorderly conduct
Unit block N. Lansdowne Ave. – Tenant of apartment will be cited for disorderly conduct. Responded to report of loud music. Music could be heard down the hallway. Occupant refused to open the apartment door.


04-09-15 16:52 hours – Ptl. D. Schiazza – Criminal mischief
100 block W. Marshall Rd. – The victim reports the right front passenger side door mirror was broken.


04-10-15 11:23 hours – Ptl. M. McGinnis – Theft- $200 & over
100 block Austin Ave. Received reports from two victims, from the same address, of unauthorized cash withdrawals from their bank accounts.


04-10-15 19:15 hours – Sgt. J. Eisenhart – Burglary-forced entry-residence-day
Unit block Legion Ter. – The victim reports a burglary at her home. A Gucci watch and cash were taken. The victim’s son did admit to theft of the cash but not the watch.
