Police activity week of 01-25-10 through 01-31-10
01-25-10 16:42 hours – Sgt. K. Kienzle – Criminal mischief to autos
Unit block W. Stewart Ave. – Police responded to vandalism discovered. On police arrival an unknown actor/s had thrown a rock through the right side front window of victims 2003 Honda Civic. It appears as though the damage was caused in an attempt to steal the vehicle’s radio as the panel on the dash board was pried open and there were pry marks on another panel. The actor did not take the radio.
01-25-10 11:43 Hours – Ptl. C. Schiazza – Disorderly conduct
100 block Green Ave. (PWHS) – Police responded to the high school for a report of students fighting.
Both female juvenile offenders were transported to police headquarter and both were cited for disorderly conduct. Both offenders were released to parents.
01-26-10 16:34 Hours – Ptl. K. McDermott- Theft-$50 to $200
Unit block E. Marshall Rd.-This officer was approached by the victim at Marshall Road Field. The victim stated that three of her garden lights were missing from her front lawn. The lights are valued at $20.00 each.
01-27-10 15:34 Hours – Ptl. M. Mugler – Theft-$50 to $200
100 block W. Albemarle Ave. – Victim states her American flag and flag pole were removed from her home. Flag is 3’x5′ and the holder goes into the wood of her house. Value of flag and holder $50.00
01-30-10 18:42 Hours – Sgt. K. Kienzle-Theft $200 and over
Unit block Elberon Ave. -The victim states a dispute with her landlord over security issues. The landlord advised she would have workers in the victim’s apartment and now the victim has several items missing from her residence.
