09-07-09 02:38 Hours – Ptl. L. Albertoli – Public Drunkenness
N. Lansdowne & Greenwood Aves. – An intoxicated male cause a disturbance and was cited for Public Drunkenness & Disorderly Conduct.
09-07-09 18:48 Hours – Ptl. K. Kienzle – Theft-$50 to $200-Bicycles
100 block W. Baltimore Ave. – Police responded to a theft of a bicycle. On arrival the reporting person stated that her grandson’s bicycle had been stolen from the hall in front of her apartment. The reporting person stated the bike is a Mongoose, red & black and worth $125.00.
09-09-09 19:25 Hours – Sgt. J. Eisenhart – Theft-$200 & Over-From Buildings
Unit block Nyack Ave. – The victim called police after discovering his Bersa thunder. 380 semi-automatic pistol was missing from his apartment. The victim stated that believed the gun was stolen by a black female known to him only as “Shannell”. The victim does not know the suspect well and just met her. The victim describes her at a black female, 20 yrs old, brown skin with a tattoo on her neck. The estimated value of the gun is $200.00.
09-10-09 00:20 Hours – Ptl. D. Schiazza – Weapons-Possession-Firearms, Narcotics-Possession- Loitering/Prowling At Night
200 block Wabash Ave. – The defendant was arrested for being in possession of a loaded firearm without a concealed weapons permit as required and related offenses. The offender also had 9 green pills that are suspected to be Oxycontin that were recovered from his right sock. The offender was live-scanned and placed in cell #2 to await arraignment in the morning.
09-10-09 09:14 Hours – Ptl. T. Selimis – Criminal Mischief to Auto
100 block Blackburn Ave. – The victim stated when she came out this morning she found her vehicle tires slashed. The two tires on the driver side were observed slashed on the victims Red Pontiac Vibe.
09-11-09 14:00 Hours – Ptl. K. Kienzle – theft-$200 & Over From Buildings
Unit block Berkley Ave. – Victim stated several items of her jewelry had been taken. The victim states the only person in the home beside her husband was the cleaning lady. Investigation to continue .
09-11-09 16:45 Hours – Ptl. C. Schiazza – Theft-$50 to $200 from Buildings
200 block N. Wycombe Ave. – Victim states that $50.00 was taken from his apartment. The victim believes a neighbor took the money. Investigation to continue.
09-12-09 03:40 Hours – Ptl. L. Doyle – Driving Under the Influence
S. Union Ave. – This officer made a car stop on a vehicle making a left turn from the right lane with left turn signal on. The defendant seemed to have glazed over and blood shot eyes. The defendant was field tested and was then placed under arrest for DUI.

100 Block S. Lansdowne Ave. – The victim stated the sometimes over night, unknown actor/s shattered the passenger’s side rear wing window of his 1990 Subaru Legacy.
09-13-09 01:12 Hours – Ptl. K. McDermott – Criminal Mischief to Automobiles
200 block N. Wycombe Ave. – the victim stated that an unknown black male wearing a light blue sweat shirt had been knocking at her apartment door approximately ten minutes prior to police arrival. The victim requested that this officer escort her to her vehicle outside so she could move it to the parking lot for the night. It was at this time this officer observed that all four tires to the vehicle were slashed. The victim believes the man knocking was looking for her ex-boyfriend.
