10-15-08 13:23 hours – Ptl. K. Kienzle – Theft $50. To $200 from Auto
100 Blk W. Albemarle – Vehicle broken into wallet taken from auto.

10/15/08 13:24 hours – Ptl. K. Kienzle – Public Drunkenness
100 Blk Green Ave – Police responded to an intoxicated subject at Penn Wood High School. Juvenile was cited for disorderly conduct & public drunkenness then released to her Mother.

10-15-08 18:12 hours – Ptl. C. Brown – Theft $200 & over from Buildings
100 Blk Green Ave – Black male stole 3 flush meters from Penn Wood High School toilets.

10-16-08 10:30 hours – Sgt. J. McCaughan – Theft $220 & over from Auto
Unit Blk E. Stewart Ave – Unlocked vehicle riffled overnight, loose change taken.

10-16-08 18:00 hours – Ptl. C. Brown – Criminal Mischief- All Other
Unit Blk Windermere Ave – Wooden political sign burned on front lawn. No damage other than the sign.

10-16-08 16:50 hours – Ptl. C. Brown – Theft – Under $50. From Buildings
Unit Blk Windermere Ave. – $25.00 worth of brown rain gutters removed from front of house.

10-17-08 08:30 hour – Sgt. J. McCaughan – Theft $50 to $00 from building
100 Blk of W. Plumstead Ave. – Theft of copper downspout from victims home occurred sometime in past week. While on location police noticed approximately 8 feet of copper downspout missing from adjoining twin home which had not yet been reported.

10-17-08 12:31 hours – Ptl. D. Schiazza – Theft- attempted from auto
100 Blk McKinley Ave. – Victim state her locked vehicle was riffled through. Nothing missing from vehicle.

10-18-08 01:11 hours – Sgt. J. McCaughan – Public Drunkenness
Wawa-N. Lansdowne Ave. – Call for intoxicated subject passed out in rear of Taxi. Cab driver called 911 when he could not wake up his passenger. Passenger transported to Mercy Fitzgerald Hospital for possible treatment and then issued citation for Public Drunkenness

10/18/08 10:04 hours – Ptl. L. Albertoli – Disorderly Conduct
100 Blk W. Greenwood Ave. -Juvenile offender was cited for disorderly conduct due to behavior. Juvenile would not leave area and was causing a disturbance. Home owner wanted defendant removed.

10-18-08 11:15 hours – Ptl. D. Schiazza – Burglary-No Force-Residence
Unit Blk Runnemede Ave. – Victim reports several items missing from his apartment including 10 XBOX video games and an XBOX game console. No signs of forced entry. Victim suspects thief may be one of his friends.

10-18-08 23:04 hours – Ptl. M. Mugler – Criminal Mischief- All Other
Unit Blk S. Union Ave. – Right side window of unoccupied commercial storefront was entirely pushed out. Spoke to owner who stated he did not know window was broken. Nothing known to be missing at this time.

10/19/08 00:45 hours Ptl. T. Selimis – All other-Threats (Kill, Bomb, Phone
LPD Headquarters – Complainant came to police station and wanted disorderly subject removed from her vehicle. Offender was screaming profanities and threatened the complainant. Offender was arrested and processed at the police station.

10/19/08 08:12 hours – Ptl. M. Mugler – Criminal Mischief to Auto
100 Blk W. Baltimore Ave – Off duty Officer heard a car window break in the area. He saw a waiting vehicle and a male with a hoodie jump in the car and leave the area. Responded to area and found a car window smashed. Offenders did not gain entry to vehicle. Owner notified.

10-19-08 04:31 hours – Sgt. J. McCaughan – Robbery- Strong Arm – Highway
W. Albemarle Ave. – While walking home from Wawa victim was assaulted by occupants of a white vehicle. They removed his wallet and keys. Offenders ran north on N. Lansdowne. Offenders entered white early 90’s box shaped vehicle. Surveillance video was obtained from WAWA store. Video will be viwed and followed up by Detectives.

10/19/08 08:45 hours – Sgt. J. Eisenhart – theft – $200 & over from Auto
200 Blk N. Maple Ave. – Victim states his locked work vehicle was entered. Right rear window was smashed. Missing from vehicle assorted tools and tool bag; Six Ganz colored security CCD cameras, one VCR, another camera.

10/19/08 15:24 – Ptl. L. Albertoli – All other Vandalism
100 Blk Blackburn Ave. – Victim reports damage to her wooden picket type fence. One 2-3 foot section damaged.
